    The United States’ complaint in intervention asserted jurisdiction under both 28 U.S.C. § (b)(2) and Article III, Section 2, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution. URANIUM SURFACE MINING AND RECLAMATION ACT. SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS. Sec. SHORT TITLE. This chapter may be cited as the Texas Uranium Exploration, Surface Mining, and Reclamation Act.
